Ukrainian president seeks aid in fighting Russian forces

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for combat aircraft to strengthen Ukraine's fight against Russian forces during his recent visit to the UK. " The President then met with King Charles III and acknowledged his role as an airforce pilot.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's mini-European tour included a visit to the UK where he sought military aid to combat Russian forces.

During his visit, he called for fighter jets and dedicated them to securing Ukraine's freedom while addressing the House of Commons.

Zelensky highlighted the urgency of the situation by explaining that the exchange between the two nations must be more than just words.

He then met with King Charles III at Buckingham Palace and recognized his service as an airforce pilot.
