Miss England finalist competes without makeup for the first time in the pageant's history
Melisa Raouf, a 20-year-old politics student from London, has become the first Miss England finalist to compete without makeup in the pageant's 94-year history. She won a special 'bare-face' round of the competition and will compete in the final on 17 October. Raouf hopes to inspire girls to feel beautiful without makeup and promote inner beauty. She said, 'Our flaws make us who we are and that's what makes every individual unique.'
