Royal Mail unveils commemorative stamps and postboxes for King Charles III's coronation
Royal Mail has released four commemorative stamps and unveiled four specially decorated postboxes across the UK to mark the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. The stamps depict the coronation, diversity and community, the Commonwealth, and sustainability, and are based on newly-commissioned wood engravings by artist Andrew Davidson. The postboxes are situated in Westminster, central London; Edinburgh; Cardiff; and Hillsborough, Northern Ireland, and display the occasion's official emblem. Royal Mail is also applying for a special postmark to be stamped on letters in honour of the royal occasion.
