Dominic Raab, the Deputy Prime Minister of the UK, was caught on camera giving a hard stare to Keir Starmer, the leader of the Labour party, during President Zelensky's visit to the Parliament.
This is not the first incident between the two politicians, as Raab was previously accused of mouthing "w****r" at Starmer during PMQs in November.
In more detail, as President Zelensky delivered his speech, Starmer and Rishi Sunak, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, were waiting for him and were engaged in a conversation.
Meanwhile, other MPs were making small talk around them.
The footage captured by Byline Times' Adam Bienkov showed Raab staring at Starmer for about seven seconds, looking annoyed.
The incident was immediately posted on social media, and Bienkov tweeted: "Raging."
The Labour party took the opportunity to criticise Raab's behaviour, with a spokesperson saying: "This kind of juvenile behaviour is embarrassing coming from a senior government minister.
" However, a spokesperson for Raab stated that he was "simply concentrating on the content of the President's speech."
This is not the first time that Raab has been in hot water for his behaviour towards the opposition leader.
The previous incident during PMQs led to Labour MPs demanding an apology from Raab, which was not given.
The recent incident has once again raised concerns about the level of decorum in Parliament and the behaviour of politicians towards each other.
