Defining and understanding our values is an important task for all of our employees to ensure that everyone comprehends that we are working towards the same common goal. But as we are an open company we wanted to share it with you, our users as well so you know our thought processes and understand what we are trying to achieve.

These values define us as a company and what we strive for in every interaction and conversation we have with you. Stating these allows us to share our common purpose and to be held accountable by our users.

These values are also important in how we develop the platform and app, and are referred to when brainstorming new features and throughout our roadmap process.
